    Intelligent Manufacturing of Rail Vehicles and Real-time Fault Diagnosis and Monitoring

    Description of Research Group:

    The team mainly conducts technical research on intelligent manufacturing, real-time fault diagnosis and monitoring of key components of rail vehicle structures. Focus on multidisciplinary fatigue design optimization of key components of rail vehicles; research on cutting-edge technologies such as structural topology optimization design, vehicle dynamic strength, fatigue strength, life prediction and structural health monitoring. In recent years, the main research content is to carry out multi-disciplinary design optimization combined with the National Natural Science Foundation of China; dynamic inverse problem technology (load identification and damage identification, crack identification, etc.), remote real-time monitoring intelligent inspection robots, digital twins and other basic theories and Applied Technology Research.
    The main members include more than ten key teachers, doctoral and master students, both inside and outside the school and other departments.
