Luo Xia, Doctor of Engineering, Professor, PhD            supervisor，the national teaching master.
               Prof. Luo is the member of the 12th NPC and she was the member of            the 10th and 11thnational committee of CPPCC. She is the member of            the council of China highway society, and she is the academic and            technical leader of Sichuan Province, the principal of National Great            Course for Traffic Control and Management, the leader of traffic engineering            national characteristic specialty, director of traffic engineering            national teaching team and leader of outstanding engineer cultivation            plan for traffic engineering specialty. She used to be the consultancy            expert for World Bank and Asian Development Bank. She has presided            a number of projects, including the National Natural Science Fund,            State 863 projects, projects funded by the 10th and 11th Five Years            Key Programs for Science and Technology Development of China, and            various of other enterprise-funded projects. Prof. Luo has published            2 academic monographs, 2 textbooks, and over 100 research papers.            She is the editorial member of the Journal of Highway and Transportation            Research and Development and the Journal of Chongqing Jiaotong University.
