He is mainly engaged in dynamic optimization and simulation of various types of high-speed trains, urban rail vehicles, and freight vehicles, including CRH EMU, Fuxing EMU, and high-speed freight EMU. Now mainly engaged in rail vehicle system principle, dynamics simulation and test, simulation software development, and other research work.
He presided over 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in 8 national projects, and completed dozens of industrial projects. He has published more than 60 academic papers and 2 academic books.
