Lin Yongjun, male, from Yilong, Sichuan, Ph.D. in engineering, associate professor, master's supervisor, national first-level registered structural engineer, national second-level safety evaluator, bid evaluation expert of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government. Received a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Southeast University in April 2002. In the same year, he entered China Southwest Institute of Architecture and Design to engage in structural design. From April 2003 to December 2005, he did postdoctoral research at the Postdoctoral Station of Civil Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University. After the station, I worked in the School of Civil Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University. From June to July 2012, he visited George Mason University in the United States. From September to December 2013, he was a visiting scholar at Oklahoma State University. From March to April 2015, University of California, Davis. Short-term visits to campuses, University of California, Berkeley, and Stanford University. In 2003, he obtained the national first-level registered structural engineer qualification.
