雷韶辉，西南交通大学经济管理学院助理教授/讲师。研究方向：服务营销与管理、新技术与商业伦理，重点关注服务业情境下的人际（机）互动、AI与消费者伦理、科技向善等话题。
近5年来，以独立、第一或通讯作者等身份在JSR (ABS 4)、JBE (原FT50)、JBR (ABS 3)、IJHM (ABS 3)、APIR (ABS 3)等知名刊物发表学术论文10篇（含ESI高被引1篇），Google Scholar总被引逾450次，H-index=8。
