Dr. Hu received his Ph.D. degree in Management Science and Engineering at Tongji University in 2017. He worked at Texas State University as a post-doc in 2018 and 2019. He currently works at School of Economics and management, Southwest Jiaotong University as a assistant professor. His research interests are in intelligent algorithm and stochastic optimization in emergency management. He has published several papers in high-ranking peer-reviewed journals about humanitarian logistics.
