胡翰，西南交通大学，教授，博士生导师。致力于倾斜摄影测量与三维GIS理论方法研究和关键技术攻关，获国家科技进步二等奖1项，获国际权威期刊年度优秀论文奖4项和日内瓦国际发明展金奖等国内外荣誉奖励。主持国家自然科学基金区域联合重点项目、重点研发课题1项/子课题2项，担任2项自然科学基金重点项目副组长。任国际期刊IEEE JSTARS副主编和Photogrammetric Record编委。相关研究成果直接服务于全球测图、无图区测图、西南应急测绘、川藏铁路等国家重大工程，自主研制的全球测图Link系列软件，被我国所有全球测图单位采用，并作为DEM生产软件陆续集成应用于我国ZY-3/GF-7/LT-1和TH-1/2/3/5等测绘卫星的地面生产系统。
