HUANG WenPei, Ph.D, Associate Professor. Dr HUANG has received his PhD degree in mechanical design and Theory in 1999 from Southwest Jiaotong University. Since 2000, he acts as the principle investigator for several high-level projects, such as NSFC projects, "863"Program of China. He has published more than 20 research papers on high-quality journals. Now, he is a senior member of China Computer Society.
