黄桂灶,工学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2015年、2020年分别获得重庆大学学士、博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,四川省、重庆市等省部级科技项目2项,国家电网、中国中车等横向科技项目5项;发表论文30余篇,SCI/EI收录22篇;担任CIGRE B2.84和IEEE P3133国际标准工作组委员,IEEE CIYCEE 2021、IEEE PandaFPE 2023 等国际会议分会场主席。
主要围绕高速铁路、电力系统两个领域开展电气/机械/人工智能的交叉科研工作:
(1)更高速度/覆冰环境高速列车的弓网动态匹配与受流特性;
(2)恶劣冰风环境下特高压输电线路的致灾机制与防治方法。
