Han Zhengqing received bachelor, master, and doctorate degrees in electrical systems and automation from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2000, 2003, and 2006 respectively. He was hired to stay in school in June 2003 and worked in AREVA T & D PCS in the UK for one year in 2008. He has continued to explore and research in traction power supply relay protection and fault location, traction power supply automation, intelligent traction power supply system, etc., and has chaired the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project and General Project, the National Advanced Rail Transit Key Project, National Railway Group (Railway Corporation, Ministry of Railways) key scientific and technological development projects, Sichuan science and technology support plan and other 22 projects, mainly research more than 20 national and provincial projects, etc .; published papers in academic journals and important international conferences 40 The remaining articles have been authorized by 7 invention patents; Completed "High-speed Railway Traction Substation Automation System", "Digital Traction Substation", "Traction Power Supply Wide Area Protection and Control System", "Railway Power Distribution Station Automation System", "Traction Power Supply Wide Area Protection and Measurement and Control Complete Technology and Equipment", etc. 5 scientific and technological achievements; 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and 2 first prize of Science and Technology of the Railway Society.
