苟斌，博士，副教授，硕导，分别于2010年、2016年在西南交通大学获得电气工程工学学士和博士学位，IEEE Member。2014年-2015年为美国佐治亚理工学院联合培养博士，2017年-2020年在新加坡南洋理工大学罗尔斯·罗伊斯联合实验室开展博士后研究。长期从事列车牵引系统和储能系统故障诊断与健康管理技术的科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，省自然科学基金面上项目1项，参与自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划和企业合作项目10余项。发表IEEE Transactions SCI论文20余篇，EI论文20篇，授权发明专利10余项。
