单承戈，博士，教授。1991年于西南交通大学工业管理工程专业获得工学学学士学位， 1994年获得西南交通大学管理工程专业工学硕士学位，同年留校工作。2006年1月获得西南交通大学管理科学与工程专业管理学博士学位。
历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授。早年曾参与了宁波波导股份有限公司的创建、发展和壮大的全过程，曾先后兼任波导公司系统软件研究室主任、上海新兴寻呼台董事兼财务总监、波导成都研究所所长，波导公司总经理助理（主持公司的ERP建设），波导公司首任驻韩国首席商务代表等多个职务，积累了较为丰富的企业管理和企业研发经验。
