Cheng Shijuan, Ph.D., Associate Professor, graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2002 with a master's degree in probability theory and mathematical statistics.She received her PhD in solid mechanics from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2002.
She has long been engaged in scientific research in reliability statistics and engineering applications, survival analysis, mathematical statistics, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Mainly engaged in reliability engineering, related statistical research, applied statistical research. In recent years, in the fields of reliability statistics and algorithm design, applied engineering statistics, statistical machine learning, etc., the first author/corresponding author has published more than 20 academic papers, and 4 textbooks.
