常志旺,博士,副教授,博士生导师、硕士生导师,四川省海外高层次留学人才。英国 University of Bristol 博士后(合作导师:Dr. Katsuichiro Goda),哈尔滨工业大学工学博士(导师:谢礼立 院士)。2014年12月受哈尔滨工业大学“优秀博士生国际交流计划”资助,赴美国 California Institute of Technology 进行短期访问交流。现任中国地震学会永久会员、中国地震学会基础设施防震减灾青年委员会委员、中国土木工程学会土力学及岩土工程分会会员、全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家、国家自然科学基金委员会通讯评审专家。分别在《Computer-Aided Civil and Infrastructure Engineering》、《Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics》、《Bulletin of Earthquake Engineering》、《Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America》、《Journal of Earthquake Engineering》、《Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering》等国际高水平期刊上发表SCI学术论文数十篇。
研究领域:
我国西南地区独特的板块构造运动使得该区域分布有密集的深大活动断裂带,持续的板块运动造成了活跃的强烈地震。近年来,随着区域内大型基础设施建设的持续推进,近断层地震动效应及其作用下工程结构的动力响应规律越来越受到科学家和工程师的重视。一般来讲,受断层破裂机制、路径效应以及场地等条件的综合影响,近断层地震动会表现出明显区别于普通远场地震动的大幅值、长周期速度脉冲。历史震害及理论研究表明,当脉冲周期与工程结构的基本周期接近时,近断层地震动会明显放大工程结构的地震响应,有时会导致结构的倒塌破坏,造成重大的人员伤亡和经济损失。我和团队成员致力于强地震动特性的量化表征及近断层工程结构的震害特征研究,通过强地震动数据分析、现场调查、数值模拟和模型试验等手段,开展工程结构抗震韧性评估和提升技术研究,量化分析近断层工程结构的地震响应规律和致灾机理,并采取相应的防灾减灾措施,减小区域内工程结构的地震灾害风险。具体研究领域主要包括:
(1)近断层地震动特性分析与人工模拟;
(2)近断层工程结构抗震理论及韧性提升技术研究;
(3)桥梁基础工程抗震(桩基础、隧道锚)及土-结构相互作用分析;
招生信息:
